                                                                                                                  Axel Johansson, captain of the Clara, worked in very
                                                                                                                  dangerous conditions, in shallow water for more than four
                                                                                                                  hours to rescue the crew. Only 4 lives were lost - three
                                                                                                                  when a boat overturned - thanks to his efforts.
